The withdrawal flow, tap by tap
Straight through. The board average sits at 5.3 taps and 27 of 49 flows put at least one screen in the way that exists purely to slow you down. This is not one of them.
Same job in a mobile browser takes 6 taps here, against a board median of 6. Across the whole board the app version averages 5.3 taps and 11 of 31 packages went through 40 sessions without a crash.
GOOD
- Same build on both stores, no Android afterthought
- Nothing between the confirm button and you
- Chat is in the app and it answers at 3am

NOT GOOD
- 6 taps to a submitted withdrawal, against a board median of 5
- 181 MB down, roughly 380 MB once it has unpacked
- 1 crash across 40 sessions, all on the older handset
What the app does that the site does not
- Biometric login instead of a password field on a wet screen
- Chat opens inside the app rather than in a new tab
- Deposit and session limits live in settings, not five clicks into an account page
- Live tables hold the stream through a network handover
- Balance and open bets survive a lock screen
The tap count is the same either way here, so the case for installing it is the session surviving a lock screen rather than a shorter cashout.
